Pacific Crest Trail(edit)

Short trip from Warner Springs to Eagle Rock along the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). 6 miles of level trail through oak forest which transitions to open rangeland and dramatic rock outcrops. Perfect location along Hwy 78 so that you can get a hike in along the way to Anza Borrego State Park. Easy. Ends at the remarkable Eagle rock formation.

Geocaching Dogs allowed full sun with mostly no shade available fore 6+ miles of the trail. Passes by Eagle Rock
