What a beautiful hike. So clear after the rains. You can see both the ocean and snow on Mt Baldy at the same time. I’d agree this is a short moderate level workout with a bit of scrambling right at the end. We were there at 8:30am. Parking was full by the time we returned at noon so get there early. Also there is no shade and plenty of unleashed dogs.
