Early September is a great time to do this hike! Minor scrambling involved. Requires car shuttling (30 minute drive). Given the distance, and elevation gain, this is a difficult, but worthy hike. South to north is the suggested direction of travel (Ribbon Ck to the Wind Valley parking area).
