Beautiful views at the summit, and a few fun lower class scrambles heading up that way. Definitely a good amount of time spent grinding below the tree line though.

The trail was clear, but rain from two days prior left the steep north slope section and a few parts of the Crown ascent fairly muddy and a bit dangerous. I wore insect repellent and did not regret it for all of the flies. Worst part of the hike was the lineup to ride the gondola down afterwards.
