Beautiful hike to vernassa and back after taking train to corniglia. Rocky trail, a number of steps, just enough to keep the blood flowing. Hiking poles might be helpful for some along with sturdy shoes. Highly recommend this stretch of trail between towns with sweeping views of the Mediterranean!

We boated to three of the 5 ancient city’s. They were just opened to the public in 1990. They were nastily falling apart and world heritage stepped in to redo them. Amazing. Stay in the first one and travel to the others via train. Diving and hiking.

Sentiero a tratti tenuto malissimo con indicazioni di chiusura fuorvianti siccome solo per piccolissimi tratti è abbastanza pericoloso .. più situazioni assicurative che di reale pericolo. Il parco delle 5 terre potrebbe fare molto di più. In generale molto panoramico. Dura la salita da Monterosso, leggermente meno presa da vernazza.
