Dream Lake is a lake inside of Rocky Mountain National Park. The rail is approximately a 2 mile round trip hike that takes you up into some beautiful areas of RMNP. The trail starts at Bear Lake and winds past Nymph Lake and onward up to Dream Lake. The trail is well defined with a good elevation gain from start to finish. From Dream Lake you can continue on to Emerald Lake, which is about another 0.5 mile from the end of Dream Lake.
This is a well traveled trail and can get very busy during the high season, so start early if you want to get a parking spot. During the winter months, its not quite as busy during the week but weekends can get packed.
