Overview

Boosmansbos Wilderness Area (Part of Grootvadersbosch) is a protected World heritage site area in Western Cape.
This is a wilderness area, the paths are unmarked and huts provide only basic shelter. (take a small spade with for no2's)

Getting Started

Ask Google maps to take you to Grootvadersbosch.
This will bring you to the reserve entrance and camp site, from here you can do short day walks or take on 2 and 3 day circuits.
The last few km's is dirt road.

When to Go

May to July is cooler than December/January.
