Nice little hike through the woods. First couple miles are pretty steep and then it’s all down hill from there. Good work out.

Fun solo day in the TL. Met a guy named Dan that smelled like candy.

Nice descent into the river, and the uphill will give you a good workout. The river is a great lunch spot.

We started up the steep Training Hill to where Pig Farm trail forked, not wanting to stop there, we continued on. At another fork there were no signage, we asked a hiker where the loop might end. Take a right continue to the big wide field then then take a left. We continued following the trail to Cool then at another fork, we followed the trail toward Auburn ending where we
had started.

7miles exactly from parking to parking, 2 hours, nice hike not hard at all
