Excellent kayak experience on a very quiet river. Fisherman on motor boats are very respectful and slow going by, and lots of wildlife sounds to enjoy. Be careful going in at the Eno River boat ramp when the water is a little high. The mud at water’s edge is very slippery, and this makes getting out of the water a little difficult, as well (hence 4 of 5 stars); the park system should consider adding sand to help reduce slipping and sliding. Aside from getting in and out it was overall a great morning.
