Mustang Pass is boring hike. After a mile from trail head there is a gradual climb up a rocky trail, then the downside is switchbacks. Nothing interesting to see. So many better trails closer to Grapevine.
This is a one way track. You can return to trailhead on the equally boring dirt/sandy power line road.

Fairly easy hike along yellow mounds/reefs. Trail skirts the reefs rather than go over or up any. 3 stars as there are many other better hikes in the area, so just average.

Do leeds to whitereef. Going the other way all the views are behind you. It's an easy trail but most of the red cliffs aren't visible from the whitereefs section. Worth taking the "adit" stretch up the hill where leeds and whitereef join to get the best view.

Pretty relaxing trail in this area. I went at night since that’s my usual time so be weary of rattle snakes and spiders. There is low light pollution in this area so I recommend it for star gazing. Overall it’s a solid trail that the majority of people can do. Make sure to take the paper that has a map and fun facts of the area for more in depth explanation of the spiders.

Great hike with views. Mostly easy walking but a lot of soft sand that made it a little taxing.

This was a ATV trip, basically its a county maintained road the ends/starts in diamond valley. Not that “adventurous” of a ride. So only a two star because its not a “off-road” experience.
