not easy in 100° heat, plus the start/finish of the trail is STEEP and SANDY - had to tell a mother in shoes with no tread carrying an infant to go to lower calf instead. the trail is remote, the water in the creek has E.Coli due to cows - be prepared for a steep sandstone slope at start/finish (and poop before going, no facilities within five miles)
